Information processed by the app
CleanWarden scans installed applications, disk usage, memory usage, installers, caches, leftover files, related cleanup items, and user-selected files for diagnosis locally on your Mac. Local scan and file diagnosis results are used to show what may be safe to review, remove, or repair and are not uploaded by default.
Information we may collect
If you purchase a license, contact support, restore a license, or use the website, we may receive your email address, purchase details, license status, support messages, basic website analytics, and any diagnostics you choose to send.
Payments and license delivery
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. Payment details, tax handling, receipts, fraud prevention, refunds, and license delivery may be handled by that provider under its own privacy policy and terms.
Website analytics
We use privacy-friendly website analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page engagement, downloads, and checkout interest. The analytics payload may include a random short-lived browser session ID, page path, referral source, language, screen size, and interaction events such as opening a download or checkout link. We do not collect your Mac scan results, file names, license keys, payment-card details, or the contents of files through website analytics.
