Free diagnosis first
CleanWarden provides free diagnosis features so you can review whether the app is useful on your Mac before purchasing Pro.
14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with CleanWarden Pro, contact support within 14 days of purchase with your purchase email and license key to request a refund.
Product issues
If the app cannot be activated, a core Pro feature does not work on a supported macOS version, or you were charged incorrectly, we will work with the payment provider to resolve the issue or process a refund.
Payment provider process
Refunds are processed through the payment provider used at checkout. Processing times, currency conversion, taxes, and payment method delays may depend on that provider and your bank or wallet.
License after refund
If a refund is issued, the related CleanWarden Pro license may be deactivated.
